Eddie Fitte is a journalist, writer, and audiovisual producer born in Buenos Aires in 1987. As a fiction author, he published two books of short stories with Editorial Planeta and two novels, one with Editorial Nudista and his latest publication with Catapulta. He also participated in the Pulitzer Prize-winning team at The Intercept, led by Glenn Greenwald, which investigated the Edward Snowden leaks. He has worked for various networks and media outlets, including Grupo Clarín (Channel 13/TN), CNN Whitehouse, Disney, Spotify, Vice, and Discovery Channel, as well as platforms such as Star+.
As an audiovisual producer, he is the co-founder and Creative Director of Hecho por Nadie (El Comandante Fort, Muchachos, la película de la gente).
Throughout his career, he has produced short films, reports, and documentaries in more than 60 countries around the world, winning the Best Documentary Award at the New York Film Festival in 2016.
His journalistic chronicles, published in Revista Brando, Revista Ñ, El Canciller, Col&Col (ES), Eldiario.es, and Revista Anfibia, have also received awards from national organizations such as ADEPA and international organizations such as the Inter-American Press Association and the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences.
