Sebastián Pandolfelli was born in Lanús, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina, in 1977. He is a musician, composer, and writer. He has participated in hosting and producing several radio programs.

He formed the rock band Los Barriletes Cósmicos, with whom he released the album "Corré!" in 2015. He published "Rocanrol" short story, Editorial Funesiana 2008 and reissued 2010, "Choripán Social" novel, Editorial WU WEI in 2014, Editorial Tambo Quemado, in Chile in 2013, and was reissued in 2022 by Milena Pergamino, "Unidad Básica" Eloísa Cartonera 2014, "Esquina de Diamante" poems, Editorial Peces de Ciudad 2017, "Diamante" stories, Editorial Galerna 2017. He also published short stories in various anthologies such as "Timbre 2" Ed Pulpa 2010, "El Libro de los muertos vivos" Ed Lea 2013, "Ficciones Súbitas" Ed DaV 2014 and "Conurbe" Ed UnaHur 2020, among others. In 2023, she curated the edition and afterword of "Hybris," a collection of previously unpublished novels by Alberto Laiseca, for Random House. She has contributed to print media such as Tiempo Argentino, Clarín, and Izquierda Diario.

Since 2006, he has been providing technical assistance and providing music for the reading series "Carne Argentina." He was a member of the Compañía de Función Patrióticas theater company as a musician and currently a member of Teatro Todo Terreno. He has performed in theaters between 2006 and 2020. He also participated in the production and filming of Martín Rieznik's film "Selva" and Alejandro Millán Pastori's documentary "LAI" about Alberto Laiseca, where he composed the music for both films.

In 2017, he received a grant to establish the National Arts Fund. He has participated in talks and workshops at the Buenos Aires Book Fair. He is the director of the writing workshop at the Carlos Pellegrini National School. He coordinates creative writing workshops for young people and adults in various settings.
